Onboarding Process

How do I start using EshopsWithIQ?

The onboarding process is extremely simple and you can immediately start using the platform by creating an account on our website. Throughout the registration and activation processes of the service, there will be a specialized consultant by your side to guide and help you, at no extra charge.

Do I need to install something?

We have developed plugins for the most popular shopping carts and have prepared instructions for eCommerce platforms (eg. shopify). If you use one of the supported shopping carts or platforms, installing the plugin is a very simple process. If you have a custom shopping cart, then you need to install a tracking code and an additional plugin that generates product feeds, which requires the assistance of your eShop developer.

How do I integrate my product feed?

With the plugins we have developed, you do not need to have a product feed, our plugins will automatically generate the feed needed to integrate with EshopsWithIQ. If you have a custom shopping cart, then a standard product feed (eg. for Google shopping) is required.

Which eMarkets does EshopsWithIQ support?

EshopsWithIQ users can promote their products through hundreds of eMarkets. These eMarkets are search engines, social networks, price comparison engines and marketplaces. You can choose which eMarkets you want to create feeds for, directly through EshopsWithIQ.

What shopping carts does EshopsWithIQ support?

We have created multiple plugins for the most popular shopping carts and continue to create more, so that we can satisfy the needs of our customers. In the relevant section of our site (see the links at the bottom of our page) you will find a list of supported shopping carts and connectivity options.

If I do not have a supported shopping cart, then how can I use EshopsWithIQ?

If you are using a shopping cart for which no plugin is available, then you need to install the tracking code directly on your website. If you do not know how, you can talk directly with one of our experts, who will be able to explain how it can be installed and guide you throughout the process.

Using EshopsWithIQ

What are the charges for the service?

EshopsWithIQ has multiple subscription plans designed to meet the needs of all businesses depending on their size and their budget for marketing activities. The subscription plan you select is automatically renewed, so that the marketing activities continue to be operational. In addition you have total control over your advertising spending and you can choose the amounts you want to spend through EshopsWithIQ by adding money to your account using a credit or debit card.

If I want to unsubscribe from the service, how do I do it?

In case you want to unsubscribe, you must click the Unsubscribe button in the My Subscription section through the application environment. Your subscription will continue to be valid for the remaining days you have paid and then the service will cease to be operational until the subscription is renewed.

When will I receive invoices?

Upon completion of each month, you will receive an invoice in your email, that will cover both the costs of your subscription and the amount you have deposited for advertising expenses.

How do I set my budget?

In EshopsWithIQ you have the option to manually select the money you want to invest per channel or use the option of EshopsWithIQ smart budget allocation. Whenever you want, you can add more money to your account and based on the budget you have set, advertising will automatically start on all enabled eMarketss.

Is EshopsWithIQ GDPR compliant?

The cookie sent to the visitor's browser is called EshopsWithIQ, it has a lifespan of 30 days, it is a first-party cookie, is used to monitor the effectiveness of the advertising campaigns and its’ data is stored in the EU and is not transferred outside ClickMedia P.C. There is full compliance with GDPR regulations on personal data protection.

Is there support in case I need some help?

You can contact a representative directly for any questions or clarifications you may need, using the chat option within the EshopsWithIQ environment, by sending emails or calling the contact numbers.

I lost my login credentials, how can I get them back?

In case you do not remember your password, you can click on the Forgot My Password option on the login page of your account and an email will be sent to you, with which you will be able to create a new password. In case you do not remember any login information you can send an email and a representative will contact you in order to restore your account information.
