EshopsWithIQ changes the way eCommerce businesses sell and promote their products in the digital world. As our Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the conception, positioning and execution of various marketing activities designed to raise brand awareness and drive demand for our solutions.

We’re looking for an experienced and tech-savvy marketing manager who understands the SaaS business model. You will own, lead, and drive the messaging, positioning, competitive analysis and enablement for our SaaS offering. You will be focusing on creating marketing content across many platforms and leveraging every resource available in order to create strong brand awareness, with the ultimate goal of generating increased demand for the product.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
  • Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience (including blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, reports, webinars, info graphics, etc.)
  • Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
  • Build buyer personas by being the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria. Be the expert on your end-users and how they use our solutions
  • Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to identify how our inbound marketing activity turns into leads and customers
  • Conducting customer, competitor, and product research
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending in order to drive maximum performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Marketing Manager, Inbound Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Product Marketing Manager, or similar role, preferably for a SaaS solution
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
  • Passionate for all things digital and innovation
  • Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads & Facebook Business Manager campaigns
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player with interpersonal and communication skills
  • Great time-management skills
  • BSc in Marketing, Digital technologies or similar relevant field
